Woodland Mushrooms

Ready to bring a little piece of the forest floor indoors? The Botanicals Woodland Mushrooms (11505) building set invites adults to slow down and sculpt a tiny, enchanted woodland scene one brick at a time. Inspired by the mushrooms you might spot on a misty autumn walk, this 1,078-piece model gathers a group of fungi in different shapes, sizes and colors onto a mossy base, ready to become a quiet focal point in any room.

At the heart of the build is a classic red-and-white spotted toadstool, joined by a cluster of golden, trumpet-shaped chanterelles and a delicate trio of slender inky caps. Each mushroom has its own sculpted cap profile, textured stem and botanical personality, while the woodland base is layered with rocks, moss, tiny ferns and fallen leaves for a sense of place. Subtle translucent accents tucked beneath some of the caps catch the light beautifully, giving the whole arrangement a soft, dappled-forest glow when it is placed near a window or lamp.

The build itself is designed to feel like time well spent. Steps are paced in the calm, meditative style Botanicals fans know well, with repeating organic shapes that reward patience and attention. The modular design means you can rearrange the mushrooms on the base, angle them toward the light, or split the cluster across two surfaces to suit your space. Finished, the display stands around 7 in. (18 cm) tall and looks equally at home on a reading nook shelf, a studio desk or a hallway console.

Looking for a gift for a nature lover, a cottagecore enthusiast, a dedicated forager or an adult builder who already treasures their Bouquet of Roses or Tiny Plants? Woodland Mushrooms (11505) is a charming addition to the Botanicals collection: a hands-on creative escape that becomes a lasting piece of botanical art once the last brick clicks into place.
